Happy National Small Business Week

We’re mid-way through the 2017 National Small Business Week (April 30th – May 6th) and after 50 years of this tradition, we’re still as excited as ever to partake in this opportunity to celebrate small businesses and the contributions they make to local communities and our national economy.

What is Small Business Week? Every year since 1963, the President of the United States has issued a proclamation announcing National Small Business week, which recognizes the critical contributions of America’s entrepreneurs and small business owners.

Why is this so important? Considering more than half of Americans are either employed or own a small business and create two out of every three new jobs in the U.S. each year, it’s pretty significant.

So, we say, why not celebrate? On behalf of everyone at Worklogic HR, we’d like to thank small businesses everywhere who help to increase America’s global competitiveness and continue to innovate and create.
