Employers must investigate complaints made against their employees in a fair, impartial, and thorough manner. This workshop provides information on how to do so.

What's the refund policy?
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. No-shows and same day cancellations will be responsible for the registration fee and will not be refunded.
What can I bring into the event?
Unless otherwise noted in the listing or communicated previously, please plan on bringing a notepad and pen or pencil to take notes. All other materials will be provided at the session.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Parking is free in our lot. There is additional parking on the side of the building.
